职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Manage the end-to-end development and production process across multiple RTW categories.
2. Be fluent in Technical Design with the ability to manage PD and Production.
3 Responsible for cost negotiations. Confidently lead costing meetings, internal and external.
4 Achieve target IMU goals.
5 Own weekly WIP meetings. Collaborate to ensure visibility to seasonal calendar dates and approval status.
6 Address and find solutions to cost and delivery challenges.
7 Raise unresolved issues to management in a timely manner.
8 Review seasonal raw material selections with Design, ensuring timing and costs align with goals.
9 Regularly communicate with suppliers and develop strong partnerships.
10 Work with VP on factory allocations, maintaining alignment with the Sourcing Strategy.
11 Partner with QC teams on any issues, working with VP to determine action required.
12 Oversee sample status, supporting the direct report as necessary to achieve on time delivery.
13 Confirm all data is properly entered in the system and pushing to NetSuite.
14 Approve invoices and support VP with quarterly / annual budget planning.
15 Monitor bookings against delivery status, close/cancel and NDC dates.
16 Actively confirm direct report is receiving packing slips and tracking open balances.
17 Lead and mentor 1-2 direct reports. Deliver annual performance reviews.
18 Based on Dongguan with business trip frequently.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1 Bachelor’s or Fashion School Degree.
2 Minimum of 7 years’ experience in product development and production, Designer RTW a plus.
3 Travel experience to factories. Adept at working with domestic vendors and overseas factories.
4 Excels at cost engineering and negotiations, preferably with experience that includes contemporary level product.
5 Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
6 Strong organizational skills.
7 Proven ability to be a valued contributor.
8 Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
