工作职责/Job Responsibilities：
1、负责所分配项目的全流程管理：
Responsible for the whole process management of the assigned project;
2、根据业务提供的客户需求，组织公司内部相关部门报价，提交给业务部门；
According to the customer needs provided by the business, organize relevant departments to make quotation and submit it to the business department;
3、在项目部领导的带领下，负责项目立项，对项目进行交期、技术、质量、成本确认，组织风险评估，创建项目计划表；
Under the leadership of the leaders of the project department, be responsible of project establishment, confirm the delivery, technology, quality and cost of the project, organize risk assessment, and create a project schedule;
4、与各相关部门调度协作诊断项目交期风险，制定相应措施，规避风险损失；沟通公司内外部的需求、组织小组成员进行项目总结、负责对项目执行流程提出改善建议；
Coordinate with relevant departments to diagnose project delivery risks, formulate corresponding measures, and avoid risk losses; Communicate internal and external needs of the company, organize team members to summarize the project, and be responsible for putting forward suggestions for improvement of the project implementation process;
5、围绕项目的前期、实施过程和交货调试全过程，协调公司各部门解决相关问题；
Focusing on the whole process of the project's pre-project, implementation process and delivery and commissioning, coordinate all departments of the company to solve relevant problems;
6、针对客户端发生的设变和更改，组织业务经理与客户磋商，相应变更合同交期，维护公司的合法利益；
In response to the design changes and changes of the client, organize the business manager to negotiate with the customer, change the contract delivery date accordingly, and safeguard the legitimate interests of the company;
7、协助推动项目调试进度和设备验收及协调技术支持跟线服务等。
Assist in promoting the project commissioning progress and equipment acceptance, and coordinate technical support and line services;
8、 北美市场信息商机的收集和汇报；
Grasp the business opportunities in North American;
9、参与***公司的本地化管理；
Involve in localization management of the Aview ****；
10、完成公司领导及客户交办的其它各项工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the company's leaders and customers.
任职条件/Qualification：
1、学历本科以上；
Education requirement： College degree and above；
2、熟悉汽车零部件/摄像头/图像传感器领域产线设备及检测设备行业为加分项，了解相关设备、技术、现场施工、项目运作方式等；
Familiar with the automotive manufacturing industry，learn about related equipment, technology on-site construction, project operation, etc；
3、学习能力强，能快速熟悉公司生产技术各环节的工作；
Strong learning ability，be able to quickly familiarize with all aspects of the company's production technology；
4、能用西班牙语和中文进行工作沟通。
Ability to communicate in Spanish and Chinese.
