MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Negotiate cost, lead-time, MOQ and flexible inventory plans with Chinese suppliers. Applicable for both direct raw material and indirect
? Collaborate and work with Sourcing and Procurement team in Thailand for Alternative Source, Price negotiation, Lead time and MOQ minimization
? Collaborate with SQE in China and Thailand for inspection plan and product validation
? Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure team is providing the necessary support to help obtain their business objectives/initiatives.
? Identify category specific cost and Market Intelligence data sources.
? Conduct Supplier Risk Assessment develop mitigation action with Ownership.
? Identify and drive supplier selection process to get the best competitiveness.
? Manage Supplier development, Supplier relationship management (SRM) to improve supplier performance, communication and business continuity.
? Drive for success of direct / indirect material procurement team performance (KPI) (Cost savings, best landed cost, Payment term improvement, Supplier relationship management, Supplier performance) according to the defined targets.
? Interface with regional and global team to improve supplier system and performance.

Educational Background: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply chain Management
Work Experience:
? Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing & Operational Procurement activities
? Experience in construction raw material and machine for direct procurement and / or Indirect procurement.
? Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial sector is a plus
? Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written)
? Supplier Development background.
