Job Title: Spare Part Manager

Reporting to: VP Part, Accessories & Consumables

Job Purpose
Product owner for Nilfisk Spare Parts portfolio doing the machine’s life cycle from product introduction to end-of-service.
Technical owner for the Spare Parts and first level of support to global Sales and Service teams and link to Nilfisk productions, distribution centers, and external suppliers for changes and updates.
Together with the other Nilfisk Spare Part Managers, develop processes and systems for Spare Parts to support the reparability and uptime of Nilfisk products.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
? New Solutions Development project participant and gate approver for Spare Parts.
? Support with supply chain setup and structure for phase-in/phase-out
? Technical support for Spare Parts for your product groups.
? First-level support to Sales and Service for identifying replacement parts to ensure machine uptime.
? Procurement support for Spare Parts in the service obligation period.
? Proactive identifying solutions to grow profitability for Spare Parts.
? Accountable for Global Reference Prices for your product groups.
? Project owner for key projects identified for your product groups.
? Support marketing plans for Spare Parts to sales.
? Marked analysis for your product groups.

? Share of parts in Nilfisk Spare Part tool

Required Minimum Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
? Experience from a technical role within the area of spare part management
? A strong commercial and financial toolbox
