工作内容:
负责与客户端进行沟通,处理客户在检验订单过程中遇到的各种问题,确保客户满意度。
主要职责:
- 录入客户订单信息,与客户沟通具体细节;
- 跟进整个订单过程,确保检验按时完成;
- 协调与内部团队,如报价、排班等环节,以解决客户问题;
- 及时沟通解决检验过程中的实际问题,确保订单流程顺利推进;
- 审核检验报告,确保满足客户要求且保证审核结果的准确性;
- 记录客户反馈并整理相应的跟单报告,供团队决策;
- 负责维护客户关系,与客户保持良好沟通,建立信任,以便更好地服务客户。
职位要求:
- 具备良好的沟通能力和倾听能力,能快速理解并描述客户需求;
- 具备良好的情绪调节能力,能适应工作中的压力;
- 具备良好的协调和沟通能力,能与多个部门进行有效的沟通;
- 具备基本的电脑操作能力,能熟练使用办公软件;
- 有耐心、责任心,有团队合作精神,善于学习,接受挑战。
- 具备良好的英语读写能力,英语口语能熟练交流的优先考虑。
- 1年左右客户服务经验,接受优秀毕业生或有外贸行业实习者。
