岗位职责：
1、主要负责塑封模设备、后固化烘箱设备、Tirm&Form设备的正常运作，包括日常维护、保养及异常处理，确保产能产出及良率的达成;
2、负责持续改善生产工艺、提高产品品质以及产品性能及结构。
3、负责制程品质异常资料分析与改善，提高良率。
4、编写，完善并生效工程报告、作业指导书、工艺管控标准操作程序、OCAP、工装图纸。
5、确保过程控制没有漏洞，并实施“零”ppm概念。
6、新设备的导入及验收。
7、 新材料的验证。
8.、负责维持封装生产线的设备正常运行，故障排除以及维护保养。
9、负责封装生产线设备的拆装及设备备品备件管理。
10、负责封装生产线各类设备操作及维修文件撰写。
11、 减少设备停机率及提高设备利用率以支持生产任务。
岗位要求：
1、5年以上半导体相关工作经验及2年以上工艺流程方面经验。
2、熟悉PDCA, SPC和FMEA等质量工具来分析问题。
3、能设计和运行DOE来描述工艺窗口。
4、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
