This position is in Yinan county, Linyi city, Shandong province, will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic plan, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving set objectives. The incumbent will lead and manage the entire team, including department managers and employees, providing guidance to promote collaboration and efficient workflow.

Principal Responsibilities 主要职责
Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to ensure smooth business operations and achieve predetermined goals;

Manage and lead the team, including department managers and employees, providing guidance to their work and ensuring teamwork and efficient operations;

Responsible for market development, driving sales growth, and establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers;

Job Requirements 工作要求
10 years or above working experience in a manufacturing company, and familiarity with import and export trade policies will be preferred;
10年及以上生产型行业相关经验，熟悉财务和进出口贸易经验者优先；
Demonstrate successful management and leadership experience in similar positions;

Strong communication and coordination abilities, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively, capable of motivating teams and effectively solving problems;
