1. Support PM to achieve project target( CPR project mainly for EMCC, or E&I project).
2. Play the PM role in the whole project(PVC project within 2M RMB) lifecycle by strictly following the national regulation, company’s rules and principles; ensure all the KPI of the project satisfying target, including scope, budget, schedule and quality, etc.; ensure the project being accepted by customer;
1. Project safety control
Be accountable for safety of the whole project. Make sure the project will be implemented under zero accident.
2. Project quality control
Be accountable for quality of the whole project. Make sure the project will be implemented under quality requirement.
3. Project budget control
Be accountable for the cost of the whole project. Make sure the project will be implemented under budget.
4. Project schedule control
Be accountable for the progress of the whole project. Make sure the project will be no delay. Overall control the project schedule, no complaint and penalty from customer.
5. Project management skill
Good communication with the whole project team, strong deliverability for the assigned tasks by team leader, performing ownership with supporting functions and other stakeholders.


Requirement:
Bachelor, Engineering & related
Project management experience > 3 yr
Large project management experience (>5M USD) as project manager is a plus
English Fluent
Familiar with MOC;
Be skilled on site construction;
