Main Responsibility:
Take lead of overall Container Logistics Operation: Import, Export, Domestic distribution, Transportation, Warehouse, etc.
? Lead annual logistics budgets; reach annual cost control KPI;
? Ensure efficient price quotation system; Lead data analysis work in China market, including total supply chain cost comparison, various transportation modes cost analysis, freight trend analysis, etc.
? Manage the team, logistics suppliers and port authorities to ensure ships berthing timely and customs clearance smoothly.
? Lead arrangement of cargo delivery to warehouse, port and delivery the products to customers promptly and orderly;
? Control the loss, transportation, inspection and other supervision to ensure cargo safety.
? Supervise the cargo in the warehouse to ensure safe ownership of cargo in external warehouse and port, include controlling the relevant vendors.
? Good risk control on whole physical cargo moving flow.
? Good vendor, forwarder and agent management.
? Build and maintain relations with local authorities.
? Initiate cost saving projects and provide efficient logistics solutions to meet business development in major ports of China.
? Overall management of logistics suppliers and set up KPI to improve the performance.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
Must
? Bachelor degree or above
? 5+years’ experience of container import/export and domestic management
? Be self-driven with the ability to work under pressure
? Strong communication skills and networking abilities
