As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for coaching & supporting the junior EE or fresh graduate for their design projects, for Electrification Business Area in Shanghai, China.
Reporting to the Tech Manager, HP, you will be leading product design, development, modifying, and cost reducing effort according to project plan and design rule.
- Supporting marketing, manufacturing and FMA.
- Sustaining old product.
- Coaching & supporting the junior EE or fresh graduate for their design projects.
- Leading product design, development, modifying, and cost reducing effort according to project plan and design rule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering major or above, MS EE is preferred.
- At least 6 years design experience in power electronics - high frequency switch mode power supply area.
- Very familiar with various AC/DC, DC-DC topologies (Such as half and full bridge, fly back, buck/boost, forward, LLC and others) and their theory, good understand magnetic design related to switch mode power supply.
- Must be a good team leader to set the good model to other team members and able to lead a project team. Work under pressure and meet the project schedule, target cost and product performance. Independently solves project issues, challenges, problems, delivers the required results.
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
