1.Execute the produce development plan lead by manager;
执行上级领导的产品开发计划；
2.Communicate with Production and QA to commercialize the product, like set up the standard, manufacturing process, SOP…
与生产和质量保证部门沟通，确保产品上线，建立标准，如工艺、SOP等；
3.Collect product and market trends information from customers and other channels to prepare the product pool for future needs;
通过客户和其他渠道收集产品及市场趋势信息，建立产品库；
4.Communicate with customer about product developing if approved by manager;
在上级领导确认后，与客户进行产品沟通；
5.Source and analyze the most appropriate ingredients for new products, new process, quality improvement, production efficiency and cost reduction;
通过资源整合及分析，确保使用最恰当的原料及配方，保证新产品及工艺流程的得以实现，提高生产效率，降低成本、促进产品质量提高；
6.Provide technical and practical assistance to the QA/PR staff in the application of new technologies and processes;
在新技术及新工艺方面为质量/生产员工提供专业并可操作的帮助；
7.Develop new food products and improve food quality & safety from bench-top to production stage with complete records, working together with PR,QA,PU and EN;
开发新产品，提高食品质量和安全，确保从实验室到生产阶段的记录完整。与生产，质量，采购，工程等部门良好协作；
8.Creatively solve technical problems;
有创造性的解决技术问题；
9.Generate creative ideas;
有创造性思维；’
10.Develop regulatory safety skills.
发展法规及食品安全知识。
Function Requirements（职位要求）：
1.Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上学历；
2.3-5 years R&D working experience in Food & Beverage industry;Bakery industry or pastry、cake experience preferred.
3年以上食品饮料行业研发工作经验；有烘焙，甜品，蛋糕等经验者优先。
3.Necessary pc skills
必要的电脑技能（Excel、Word、PPT）
