TASKS:
1. IT Infrastructure maintenance and administration
a. Administration of hard- and software and licenses
b. Set up of hardware such as laptops, phones, PC, printers etc.
c. Installation and maintenance of DELO internal software
d. Troubleshooting / support local employees in case of IT-problems
e. Close collaboration with external IT-partner
2. Monitor and taking care of legal IT compliant topics
3. Set up IT procedures/processes
4. Help with basic programming upon request for daily operations


Qualifications:
？ At least 5 years of working experience as IT engineer role
？ A bachelor’s degree in computer/Information Technology or equivalent
？ Good command of English, both oral and written
？ Experience with Windows Server operating systems, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365
？ Good communication skills and be able to articulate technical issues to non-technical people
？ Team spirit, analytical thinking, independence and a quick grasp of new ideas
