Job Description
Reporting directly to our Technical Director, you will work closely with your team and the other departments (Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales) in order to support their technical needs, provide them with industry and regulatory information, maintain and manage internal technical knowledge regarding products certification.
Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited) to:
? Meet certification business unit objectives, including revenue targets, with high degree of customer satisfaction
? Developing global new certification business opportunities for QIMA Electrical business line (e.g. Radio Equipment, Cyber-Security)
? Improve the efficiency, accuracy, and profitability of certification
? Measure individual and team progress against performance metrics
? In conjunction with the Quality Manager, ensure the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065 are met
? Deliver training for certifiers and technical certifiers within E&E global business line
? Represent Certification bodies (e.g. IECEE – NCB) and prepare related Audits together with Quality Managers
? Other jobs assigned by management.
Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you must:
? Hold an Engineering Degree with major in E&E, Mechanical, or any related area;
? Have experience in CB lab testing, certification or quality assurance industry;
? Have experience in factory auditing will be an advantage;
? Have the ability to understand to interpret IECEE regulations and standards;
? Have excellent writing, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
? Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure, learn quickly and seek new assignments, pay attention to details, and meet tight deadlines;
? Can assess workload and resources accordingly;
? Be quality minded with high attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills;
? Able to read, write and communicate well in English.
