职位描述
Accountabilities:
? Develop and maintain the existing Japanese customer relationship, loyalty and sustaining sales revenue.
? Provide customer oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues.
? Plan & co-ordinate national sales activities to retain and develop sustaining sales revenue.
? Respond to Korean customer RFI, RFQ, Tender, daily inquiry.
? Ensure effective communication with Korean customers through regular visits and conducting monthly performance review
? Provide Korean customer data and information under the instruction of GM, KR Development and Key Account manager
? Coordinate the administrative and logistics aspect of meeting with Korean customers.
? Prepares revenue and activity reporting, as required by Sales Management.
? Develop a good working relationship with the relevant support sections e.g. Customer Service Group, Operations to ensure they are kept up to date with all issues relating to the KR accounts and related businesses.
? Coordinate to fill in the gap between KR customers and our operation, CS team especially. ( Korean customers expect Korean way of communications in General)
? Work together to strategically improve the overall competitive advantage of the customer, and maximize the customer’s life time value to DHL
? Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximises growth within the existing client base so that the required personal sales results are achieved.
? Develop and implement a strategy to promote DHL Advantage programs and solutions to the assigned list of accounts and new KR customers or KR trade businesses.
? Display strong skills in KR customer analysis to ensure that all customer requirements are being fulfilled.
? Manage and co-ordinate the national sales activities of a group of KR Accounts in order to retain and develop their revenue contribution.
? Establish and implement a pricing review timetable that ensures improving margins from listed accounts.
? Adhere to regional standards on profit margins and discount guidelines
? Ensure all customer agreements are cost sensitive to ensure a suggested minimum pricing tariff is set and adhered too. Any deviations from this tariff requires management agreement and justification
