Responsibilities：
§ Manage of group of inspectors, evaluate and follow their performances, train and assess all team members.负责管理验货员团队、培训和评估他们的日常工作；
§ Monitor the performance through on-site evaluation sessions. Provide direct feedback to inspectors and Operations managers through evaluation forms.现场稽查验货员在工作期间的表现和行为，并通过评估表向验货员和运营经理提供反馈；
§ Coach the inspectors and be a support on daily basis.在验货员的日常工作中给予指导；
§ Evaluate inspector's product knowledge and inspection skills to identify inspector's expertise and qualification to support operational performance improvement.评估验货员的产品专业知识是否达到标准并对其进行认定和授权；
§ As the contact window for the designated products in business development, conduct on-site technical communication with customers.作为业务拓展中指定产品的联系窗口，对客户进行现场技术沟通；
§ Provide training and development to ensure dedicated regional team members are well trained and equipped with the skills required for promotion.提供培训和发展，以确保敬业的区域团队成员得到良好的培训，并具备晋升所需的技能；
§ Weekly report to the Operations Manager.每周向运营经理汇报工作；
§ Assist in complaint investigation at the request of quality department.应品质部要求，协助进行投诉调查；

Requirements：
§ Engineering bachelor degree or above. Hardline products knowledge preferred.本科以上学历，熟悉杂货优先；
§ A minimum of 5 years working experience and at least 3 years with a supervision role in quality control field至少有5年工作经验，至少有3年质量主管工作经验；
§ Proactive management of inspector team, able to work under pressure, excellent communication and problem solving skills.积极主动的管理验货员团队；
§ Frequent travels required.需要经常出差；
§ Good command of both spoken and written English.良好的英语听说读写；
