岗位职责：

1.围绕公司大客户业务部署，开发战略客户、维护客户关系，提升销售收入；

2.协调公司内部资源，为大客户提供服务、支持和协作资源，满足客户综合需求；

3.负责大客户商务谈判、合同拟定、协议签署；

4.评估并验证客户需求，主导内部沟通、协调提供解决方案并跟进项目进展；

5.通过客户关系管理系统，及时录入客户信息和需求，梳理出潜在商机、项目需求，并定期形成客户信息分析报告，完成销售指标；

6.管理好所有的销售机会，根据销售主管的反馈情况做好销售机会的跟进与更新；

7.定期进行客户信息和商机的更新和维护。

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，机电类相关专业优先考虑；

2.三年以上机械设备或相关行业销售经验优先考虑；

3.拥有三年以上大客户销售、支持或项目经历，在过程中承担主要角色；

4.良好的沟通交流能力，富有工作激情和团队精神；

5.熟悉数控机床，有数控设备销售经验者优先；

6.掌握大客户销售流程和客户档案管理，熟悉CRM软件使用者优先

7.勇于挑战、勇于创新、勇于担当、勇于自省、勇于脱离自我舒适区

8.英语听说读写能力良好。
