Key Responsibilities:
1. Consolidation reporting: to provide timely and accurate financial reports including the group reports with comments of variance analysis;
2. Process improvement: to identify the improvement opportunities of current business workflows including accounting and finance;
3. Business partner: fully understand the business operation mode,sort out the mapping relationship of industry finance based on business rules, and give sufficient financial support to the business;
4. SAP implementation: Join monthly global workshop, compile user manual and UAT to ensure go-live timeline meet the global schedule;
5. Budgeting and forecasting:
1) Participate in S&OP meeting to support operation to improve forecast accuracy, and set up rolling forecast mechanism (P&L,cashflow);
2) coordinate the annual budget of the company as required, and analyse the budget and final account;
3) Budget control through OA workflow.
6. Other ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Qualification/Competency Requirement:
1. Education requirement: Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management, auditing or related;
2. Work experience: 8 years above accounting and finance working experiences, 3-5 years of FP&A in foreign invested company or MNC, manufacturing company preferred;
3.Professional requirements: familiar with CAS and IFRS,CPA/ACCA preferred;
4. Language requirement: Good English reading and writing skills,CET-6 or above;
5. Professional software: Familiar with ERP system, proficient in Excel, Word and other office software;
6. Other requirements: Proactive, strong learning ability,responsible, strong organizational communication and cooperation ability, strong ability to work under pressure,experience in financial informatization is preferred.
