职位描述
1. Customer Care and Satisfaction- Responsible for meeting customer satisfaction goals.
- Customer visit--Regular visits to all HV customer (cooperation with KAM for AA customers)
-Initiate teamwork--Initiate teamwork to maximize customer retention & growth
- Interpersonal Communication – Establish and maintain a rapport with each customer contact to ensure service agreement renewals and prevent lost business.
-Problem Solving/Decision Making – Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion by developing a resolution plan .
-Strive to improve the process, systems, product, and service provided to the customer. Constantly look for opportunities to improve in everything you do.
- Support Service team and develop action plan to effectively solve all customer service issues.
-Customer Renewal - Renew customer agreements promptly while negotiating reasonable price increases.
- Expense - Monitor delivery team, and consistently optimize the route and service/delivery team work efficiently.
-Customer on boarding-Support the customer installation, train and cultivate wearer use our uniform appropriately. Show the value of rental program to customer.
-Collect and analyze customer data to determine trends which will help us to exceed customer expectations.
-Cross-functional support-Supports to NAM/KAM sales for multi-locational customers
-Best Practice sharing - constantly compare the operation to other BU which have the best operating results. Utilize benchmarking data to improve location performance.
2.Growth – Ensure that every service opportunity is being met in existing customers:
-Additional Rental Sale – Use every possible opportunity to increase the wearers in customer end, add department, new program and products.
-Ensure accurate and timely process of all existing accounts’ contract renewal, negotiate with customer, prepare the proposal, and finalize proposal.
- Annual Price increase. Prepare the API and communicate with customer, finalize it to customer.
3. Customer Stock– Manage textile stock in Business Unit.
Job Requirement:
1. Communication Skills
2. Interpersonal Skills. Initiate new ideas to get the job done by going beyond the normal performance expectations of the position. Converse with customers and Colleagues easily. Build rapport through use of listening and oral communication skills.
3. Decision Making. Develop alternative courses of action and make decisions which are based on logical assumptions and which reflect factual information. Decisions must be in the best interest of the customer and the company.
4. Language/Math skills – Ability to clearly communicate in Mandarin and English and basic mathematical skills.
5. Education – Bachelor Certificate required.
