JOB SUMMARY:

SCO Associate Merchandiser in SCO team will be managing vendor performance, PO, policy compliance, claim, CSR, etc. Focus on vendor performance improvement, PO fulfilment and supply chain optimization.

JOB CONTENT AND DUTIES

1. Vendor relationship ownership:
？ Contact window for assigned vendor’s daily business operation.
？ Monitor vendor’s business change, take actions proactively to accommodate to changes.
？ Claim collection and other finance tasks.
？ Vendor manual/policy compliance.

2. Vendor performance Management
？ Owner of vendor scorecard.
？ Work with PD to monitor the latest production schedule and carryover production managing/following up.
？ Work with QA to reduce quality issues as per objective, from product, production, process or business perspective.
？ Work with QA team, PD for claims from DC, customers, etc.
？ Work with CSR team for compliance such as annual third-party audit.
？ Maintain vendor scorecard accuracy by working with vendors and global teams.
？ Work with inventory and vendors for special PO revisions or adjustment to support business demands.

3. PO management & Fulfillment
？ Vendor POs fulfilment and shipping schedule follow up, facilitate order revisions/maintenance and lead time discussion.
？ Vendor on-time delivery management, including PO placement, revision, transportation, etc and improve on-time delivery rate.
？ Continuously monitor Projections and material stock from vendors.
？ Negotiate PO change as business demand requires.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
- 4+ years of practical experience in Home furnishing Sourcing office, Retailer, etc.
- Proficient in writing, speaking in English.
- Use Office software at a high proficient level (Excel, Word, PPT, strong data analysis skill is a plus).
- Superior communication, presentation, and listening skills.
- Strong production handling experience and skills, sense of ownership & high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work across function team to coordinate the production control/monitoring (Textile, Furniture, Dec Acc, lighting, etc).
- Familiar with US home furnishing market and production process are a plus.
