As a Power Electronic Designer, you will be responsible for power electronics design for Servo drive product development, schematics, and layout, to meet technical requirements and cost target for Motion Business Area in Nanjing, Beijing, China.

Reporting to the R&D Team Lead, you will work together with other team members and follow up the development task and project process.

- Being responsible for power hardware design, and design verification in development phase, including functional, EMC, environmental tests and debugging.
- Focusing on power electronic components selection with design, e.g., IGBT (module), power chokes, etc.
- Ensuring second source evaluation for power hardware design.
- Solving the design failure for power part on servo drive.
- Working with cross functional team members.

- Master 2+ year or bachelor(5+year) experience as power electronics engineer
- Comprehensive understanding of power electronics, electrical circuits and electromagnetic theories (EMC).
- Knowledge and experience in power electronic circuit design and tests.
- Experience in product development from concept to running production.
- Experience in industry products design.
- Knowledge (and design experience) on IGBT module, gate driver, power chokes, Aluminum capacitors, SMPS.
- Knowledge on drives product, and key components selection
- A Master’s/ degree in power electronics engineering
- Skills of using tools such as Simulink, Pspice, Saber, Mathcad
- Willing to take challenges and willing to learn
