职位描述
Gerneral Purpose:The Sales Engineer will be assigned to Auto industrial sales team and carry out sales activities in assigned regions of Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou to achieve assigned yearly sales quota and target.
销售工程师(汽车行业销售组)负责在销售辖区(上海、苏州、杭州)执行所有销售相关活动/流程来实现年度销售目标.
1.Carry out ensuring regular contacts/visits with company’s existing customers to maintain and develop friendship for keeping sustaining business relationships.
定期接触/拜访公司既有客户以维护和发展友谊并保持长期的业务关系.
2.Actively exploit/visit to prospective customers informed of related TRUMPF product, service, pricing information and other supports to develop new sales opportunities and establish business relationship with sales orders.
积极开拓/拜访潜在客户,提供通快产品、服务、价格等相关信息及支持,促成新的销售机会、签订销售订单.
3.Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal cross functions to support customers on complaints/technical knon-how or etc. to resolve whatever issues to ensure customers’ high sactisfication.
跨部门协作解决客户投诉、技术等相关问题以保证客户的满意度.
4.Implement sales plan or business program, timely provide qualified monthly reporting and initiatively update escalated issues to sales Manager to demonstrate progress in goal achicement.
执行销售计划和业务活动,向销售经理定期提交有质量的月度报告并实时汇报升级性问题以保障销售进程.
5.Provide company the updated market information such as market trends, potential customer business status/preference and competitors updates and etc. for company’s long term business strategy reference.
向公司更新市场信息,如市场趋势、潜在客户的业务状态/偏好、竞争对手信息等,以供公司长期业务战略的参考.
6.Initiatively update knowledge on products as well as continuously improve professional skills to know better and match demand of customers for business cooperation.
积极更新对产品的认知并提高专业技能,了解及匹配客户需求,促成二次开发.
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要,完成直属经理安排的其它工作.
Your profile:
1.Bachelor degree or above 本科学历或以上
2.Laser Technology, Optics or related mjoreds激光技术,光学相关专业
3.Min 3-5 years of experience as a sales engineer or solutions engineer in laser industry and related . 至少3-5年在激光或相关行业担任销售或方案工程师的经验
4.Skills;
?Knowledge on laser products and the application in the field of automotive manufacting . 了解激光产品及其在汽车制造领域的应用.
?Strong communication, negotiation and Persuasiveness skills. 优秀的沟通, 谈判和说服的能力.
?Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..) and present skills.良好的办公软件技能及演说能力.
?English is capable in daily working environmentin including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下(包含听说读写方面).
?German is a plus.会德语者更佳.
5.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
6.Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must能够适应必须的不规则的商务差旅.
7.Rich good network to customer in the automotive industry is preferable 在汽车行业有丰富的客户人脉资源更好
