职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Solve client problems on a day-to-day basis;

- Receive bookings from overseas and local clients;

- Analyze, organize, distribute and archive data from clients;

- Receive customers requirements, requests and complaints;

- Prepare quotation according to booking details;

- Input information into the Compass database system;

- Liaise with auditors and clients for audit schedule & planning;

- Liaise with auditors during audit preparation;

- Ensure reports are issued on time by auditors;

- Update audit lists, planning information, and report planning to API Audit staff;

- Any other duties designated by audit manager, implying communication with customer.

- Other office administration job


Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or English major

- Good communication skill
- Reliable, initiative spirit
- Client orientation, team spirit and sense of responsibility

- Minimum 1 year working experience, fresh graduate with good potential is also welcome
