1. 客户培训 - 厂内(EMCN), 客户指定地点(客户工厂或酒店会议室).
2. 机器精度检测
3. 员工内部注塑原理, 公司产品培训
4. 注塑机原理, 操作,自动化以及注塑工艺培训
5. 对公司技术资料进行翻译
6. 完成上级布置的其他任务
Job Description/Responsibility
1. Operation and process technology training – In house (EMCN) or at customer specified location (customer’s factory or hotel meeting room)
2. Machine reliability test both in house (EMCN) and at customer side
3. Internal Training (Job function related custom-designed training programs)
4. Training of machine operation, principle of injection molding machine, automation system, processing training per training supplement
5. To translate technical documentation, machine specification
6. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior
任职资格:
1. 学位要求: 本科或以上
2. 工作相关经验: 5年以上相关Engel注塑机和注塑工艺的工作经验
3. 参加培训师考试(每年一次)并获取合格成绩
4. 充份了解和熟习使用恩格尔所有型号的注塑机
5. 使用ENGEL模拟软件或PowerPoint进行培训课程
6. 对上课内容进行阶段性的更新和改善
7. 熟练运用和掌握英语，可用英语进行培训
Job Requirement
1. Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Job experience: 5 years’ experience in operation of Engel injection molding machine including processing
3. Attend and pass the trainer examination (once a year)
4. Fully understand and be familiar with all types of Engel injection moulding machines
5. Use Engel e-Trainer software or PowerPoint to conduct training
6. To improve training materials
7. Good command of English language and teaching in English capable

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
