This position is mainly responsible for the planning, coordination and management of the daily business of the Brand/operating region. He/she supervises the work of the entire team and reports directly to the general manager; ensures the systematic implementation of the company's internal policies and systems, and proposes improvements when necessary; is responsible for the design, improvement and implementation of related products and services within the company.
该职位主要负责品牌/营运大区的日常业务的计划、协调和管理。他/她监管整个团队的工作，并直接向营运总经理汇报；确保公司内部政策制度的系统化实施，并在必要时提出改进建议；负责公司内部有关产品和服务方面的设计、提高和实施。
1. According to the company's goals and requirements, arrange specific work tasks in the large area,and coordinate the work cooperation between relevant departments and stores
根据公司目标和要求布置大区内具体工作任务，协调相关部门与门店的工作配合；

2. Responsible for managing and coordinating the working relationship and daily affairs decision-making between the region and its functional departments
负责管理协调大区与其职能部门之间工作关系及日常事务决策；

3. Responsible for coaching and supporting the management ability of area manager in the operation area, and establish a team with good coordination and cooperation
负责、辅导和支持营运区域的区域经理管理能力，并建立协同一致合作良好的团队；

4. Assist in the implementation and tracking of the company's new products and new policy listings in
the region.
协助公司新产品及新政策上市在大区内的推行及追踪；

5. Formulate regional KPI targets, and conduct tracking and coaching to ensure store personnel development, customer satisfaction, QSC, and profit to achieve the target.
制定大区KPI目标，并进行追踪和辅导，确保门店人员发展，顾客满意，QSC、利润额达成目标。
