职位描述
工作职责:
1. 品牌媒体策略的策划、制定、内容及媒体平台的实际执行。
2. 提出、开发和定义创新举措和在线营销策略,为客户制定数字体验,作为关键接触点的一部分
3. 根据当地的社会环境,协调和实施在中国社交网络上的本地战略,以增加粉丝群和参与品牌的目标。
4. 电子商务营销,包括站内活动和广告以及站外流量的产生
5. 产生并不断验证网站品牌数字平台上的内容和材料是完美的构思和中国本土化的。
6. 协调所有内容的本地化和当地网站的翻译的准确性和连贯性。
7. 提出数字工具的新功能和发展建议。
8. 协调电子商务项目在中国的启动工作(当项目将被实施时)
9. 管理所有的增长黑客和数字实验,制定和测试增长和用户获取的假设;10.
10. 通过想法的产生、分析、实验和测试,探索新的收入和用户增长机会;11.
11. 成为全球营销团队的一员,开发信息和创意,以引起目标客户受众的共鸣。
工作要求:
- 对分析工具有深入的经验和掌握
- 有在消费者创业环境中推动用户和电子商务发展的经验或强烈愿望。在以前的项目中取得过成功者优先考虑
- 必须有流利的英语
- 传播、营销、广告专业的本科或以上学历。
- 在国际环境中至少有4到6年的相关经验
- 对中国社交媒体工具和平台有深刻的认识和工作经验
- 具有以下行业的数字营销经验:消费电子、奢侈品、时尚、化妆品、生活方式
Marketing Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Brand media strategy planning, development, content and media platform, the actual implementation;
2. Propose, develop and define innovative initiatives and online marketing strategies that formulate the digital experience for customers as part of key touchpoint
3. Coordinate and implement local strategy on social networks in China according to local social landscape to increase fan base and engagement on the brand in line with objectives
4. E-commerce marketing that includes in-site campaign & advertising & off-site traffic generation
5. Generate and constantly verify that contents and materials on the website Brand Digital platform are perfectly conceived and localized for China.
6. Coordinate localization of all the contents and translation for local websites in terms of accuracy and coherence
7. Propose new features and development on digital tools;
8. Coordinate the start-up of e-commerce project in China (when the project will be implemented)
9. Manage all growth hacking and digital experiments to formulate and test growth and user acquisition hypotheses;
10. Explore new revenue and user growth opportunities with idea generation, analysis, experimentation and testing;
11. Be part of the Global Marketing team that develops messaging and creative that resonates with target customer audience;
Job Qualifications:
- In depth experience and grasp of analytics tools
- Experience or strong desire to drive user and E-Commerce growth in a consumer startup environment. Demonstrable success in previous projects a plus
- Fluent English a must
- Bachelor or above degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising;
- Minimum 4 to 6 years related experience in an international environment
- Strong knowledge and experienced in working with China social media tools and platforms
- Digital marketing experience in ideally the following industries consumer electronics, luxury, fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle
