Your responsibilities

• Initiates purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the Purchase Requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements

• Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.

• Segments the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and commercial policy. Defines inventory policies according to this segmentation.

• Structuring and driving supplier replenishment at global level. Supervise the supplier performance towards agreed achievement targets and risk limitation.

• Collaborates with Category leader, logistic for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead-time, and flexibility.

• Works with Category leader to maintain the replenishment strategies such as DBS, VMI, consignment, ROP/Kanban

• Continuously improve and optimize total Cost of Ownership (TCO), rationalize supplier base, logistic method, improve quality and delivery, reduce supply risk (Dual source) and secure engineering change order (ECO).

• Supporting global NPI project from material planning to support project on time delivery

• Focusing on collaboration with supplier and operation to avoid cost and time waste

• Analyses excess and obsolete/aging inventory. Takes appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing and Procurement and Logistics

  Your background

• At least 2-3 years+ work experience with cable harness/Connector/Mechanical background in multinational company

• Solid knowledge of planning/purchasing/logistic

• Supplier negotiation and partnership development experience

• Good communication skill and execution

• Can work under pressure

• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken

• Teamwork and collaboration

• Willing to travel frequently

• Have experience in SAP, proficient in excel, word, power point

• Prefer skill for PMP, PowerBI, VBA, Python
