岗位职责
? Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
? 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
? Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
? Effective HR administration and people management skills.
? Exposure to payroll practices.
? Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
? Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business
and communication tools.
? Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
? Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to accurately follow instructions
任职要求:
To effectively perform the duties of a human resources assistant, individuals must be
able to demonstrate several competencies that are essential to the position, which
include:
? Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and
resolve programs in a timely manner
? Must possess strong interpersonal skills
? Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to
communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in
group presentations and meetings
? Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical
data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
? Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
? Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management
direction, and must be able to improve performance through management
feedback
