Main Job Description：
Retail Store Manager is given the autonomy to take full responsibility for creating an exceptional multi-channel customer experience that ensures the long-term financial health of the store. He or she will build, lead and inspire high performing career-minded sales and design professionals to engage in work that they are passionate about while offering an incredible customer experience. They ensure that this talented and diverse team is confident in solution-based selling and is empowered to make decisions in the best interest of the customer.
Requirements：
Better to be a store manager more than 5 years
Preferred from furniture and lifestyle business
Fluent in English and Chinese
good sense of mid-high-end furniture
