职位描述
厂务部经理（北京顺义）
岗位职责：
1. 根据公司战略，负责基建项目现场配套工作及各类前期准备工作；协调厂务设施工作确保生产运行；
2. 制定维修改造相关流程，施工前后的协调、资料收集、验收等；
3. 制定公用设施系统管理体系文件并更新维护，制订设施维护保养计划；
4. 保障厂务系统的安全运行和管理，负责全厂厂务设备的维修和维护，负责厂务设备的安装调试，所有设备的状态与预防检收措施，使设备处于良好稳定状态；
5. 组织开展设施、设备的日常维修工作，及时响应设施、设备报修任务，按设施、设备的维护保养计划执行维护保养工作，努力降低设备故障率和维修成本；
6. 部门固定资产管理，日常耗材备品备件管理；
7. 监督与管理消防安全、设备安全、电气安全、化学品、特种设备、危险作业和其他EHS相关领域；
8. 完善制定设备的目视化操作规程及保养制度，制定各项危险源的紧急预案；
9. 定期在全厂范围内组织设施、设备大检查，对潜在的重大故障、隐患，提出处理意见，并负责整改，及时，上报。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，土木工程、电力、机械、自控电气、化学化工、环境工程、等相关专业；
2. 8年以上制造企业厂务设施管理相关工作经验，5-6年以上半导体厂务设施管理经验；
3. 熟悉国家动力设施、三废有关法律法规；
4. 熟悉工厂基建管理，设施运营，具有扎实的土建、机电设备专业经验和良好的服务意识；
5. 具备良好的计划能力、指导能力、较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力；
6. 有消防工程师、电工证、建造师、安全工程师、中级职称者优先。
