We are looking for a dynamic, and experienced Data Analyst who can comprehend complex business context and data models and build full-fledged insights solutions, developed on the right analytical methodologies. These include but may not limited to descriptive & exploratory data analysis, predictive modeling, and what-if scenario modeling by integrating, synthesizing, merging, and transforming data and rendering insights through rich visualizations. This role is critical to the success of delivering regularly scheduled reports and tools to multiple disciplines & teams across Asia R&D including Engineering leaders, finance & compliance. This role will partner closely with team peers on the development, validation, deployment and on-going operations of new reports and toolsets that provide vital key performance indicators on measuring the impact of our gaming programs and initiatives. This role will be hands-on, working with big data environments, querying internal data sources and maintaining our reporting environment infrastructure that allows our partners to self-serve using our reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements, as well as designing and developing new Power BI reports and dashboards.

? Troubleshoot & unblock processing issues as they occur during routine report refreshes.

? Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions, create logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy.

? Maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models along with corresponding metadata. ? Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and coding practices to ensure consistency of data models.

Qualifications:

? BS in computer science, information system, or equivalent working experience. Finance/Accounting as minor is a big plus.

? At least 3 years’ experience with building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar data analytics tools.

? Self-starter with the ability to handle ambiguity and bring clarity and vision to such situations.

? Passion for numbers and use them to produce powerful insights for risk/opportunity/actions
