Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking to join a global ASX listed organization and take the next step in your career?  

As part of our Pallets team, your role will responsible for the new customer development in North China, Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, North China, based in Beijing.

The key responsibilities of this role include: 

- Fulfil the new customer development targets, including new customer number, revenue, profit.

- Push dynamic flow and meet annual flow targets in volume and value 

- Together with the rest regional team fulfil the whole regional sales targets

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 

- Associate degree and above, solid experience demonstrated B2B sales experience in Logistics, packaging solution or FMCG supply chain environment.

- Demonstrated ability to explore and develop new business.

- Sales and negotiation experience.

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Result driven and dedication

- Front line B2B field sales experience a must

- Good problem-solving and presentation skill.

- Knowledge of sales process/funnel management.
