Key Activities:
Position Functions:
Conduct elementary market research for new channels, concepts and regions
Approach prospective landlords, acquisition targets and business partners
Develop and maintain relationships with potential landlords
Maintain competitive intelligence data
Prepare financial plans and project memorandums for internal approval
Prepare tender/negotiation submissions
Prepare other business development materials (presentations, memorandums, etc...)
Follow lease contract negotiations and project implementation up to handover to Business Development Director
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
5 years related working experience at least 3 years for solid specific practices
Basic understanding in English
Retail exposure preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound analytical skills
Leadership qualities
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Behavioural Traits
Integrity
Self-reliant and ability to meet deadlines
Methodical and attention to details
High responsibility and motivated driven
Results orientated and goal focused
Flexible time constraints
Team orientated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Available to travel as required
