职位描述/Job description：
？ 负责公司汽车备件的物流管理工作。
Responsible for logistical management of the Vehicle Spare parts.

主要职责/Roles & responsibility：
？ 负责备件仓储物流体系的建立，仓储物流规划及阶段实施
Responsible to build the spare parts warehouse&logistics system and warehouse &logistics planning and stage implementation.
？ 负责建立物流管理指标，并重点把控关键指标，如供应商服务指标管控等；
Responsible for construction of the general logistical KIPS,Control the key index.For example :control the supplier service index and etc.
？ 制定物流工作规范和完善，制定和执行物流工作计划；
？ Responsible to establish the rules and complete the logistics work ,Formulate and implement the logistical work plan.
？ 制定物流解决方案，提高客户满意度；
Responsible to formulate the logistical solutions ,Improve the customer satisfication
？ 负责以经销商为导向的总体项目优化，包括质量与服务体系；
Responsible to optimize the general project by dealer oriented, include the quality and service system.
？ 牵头组织制定仓储物流体系职责与管理标准；
Responsible to organize and formulate the logistics system responsibilities and management standard.
？ 制定与控制仓储物流预算；
. Formulate and control the warehouse&logistics budget .
？ 负责仓储物流的信息化系统建设与优化
Responsible to IT construction and optimization for the warehouse &logistics plate.
？ 负责物流供应商的管理；
Responsible for management of warehouse logistics suppliers
？ 日常数据结算审核，定期汇总上报各项物流管理报表与分析；
Responsible for daily date examing, Regular report summary of the warehouse management accounting statements
？ 负责对部门人员管理、考核、培训工作；
Responsible for department staff management ,appraisal and training
？ 负责与业务有关的单位及部门的沟通协调工作；
Responsible to communicate with other units and dept .about related business


任职条件/qualifications：
？ 本科及以上学历，物流管理类及相关专业；
University or above with a major degree in Warehouse Logitics majors,
？ 大学英语6级及以上，具有英语交流沟通能力；
CET6 or above ,Fluent Spoken English listening skills
？ 从事汽车备件仓储物流管理工作6年以上，并担任经理级别职务2年以上，或者担任主管级别4年以上；
At least six-years management working experience in vehicle spare parts warehouse&logistics, and be responsible for manager at least 2 years, or be responsible for supervisor at least 4 years.
熟悉汽车备件仓储物流业务流程，有丰富的管理经验；
Familiar with warehouse logistics process. Rich management experiences.
？ 熟悉汽车备件仓储物流信息管理系统并有实施经验；
Familiar with vehicle spare parets warehouse&logistics IT system management and have implementation experiences
？ 良好的沟通协调能力，良好的应变能力，良好的团队管理能力和良好的敬业精神。
Good at communication and adaptability ,Good team work spirit.
