职位描述
? Maintain progress for staffing plan to meet labor requirement for business needs.
? Develop and maintain staffing process from employment to separation.
? Assist to establish related internal HR policies /process/ procedures which compliance with local legislation. Provide interpretation for related policies to all employees and ensure excellent execution.
? Provide advice and guidance to line managers regarding interpretation and implementation of internal policies and agreements.
? Build positive employee relationship through facilitating various programs which can accelerate business growth in high speed. Provide advice to line manager when find out existent and potential issues.
? Assist to develop and evaluate appropriate comprehensive learning & development programs for all employees in line with business requirements.
? Facilitate performance management process to standardize and shape organization performance.
? Ensure implementation / administration of compensation and benefits programs. Assist to develop and deploy effective reward and recognition programs for business.
? Be responsible for annual budget and annual salary review regarding relevant proposals from line manager.
? Assist to plan and implement various programs to meet business needs.
? Act as an active team member to provide daily support for HR operation.
? Build and sustain productive working relationships with various stake holders including HR specialty groups (Recruiting team, Total Rewards, etc.) and other business partners (e.g., Finance, Legal, etc.).
? Other projects assigned by manager.
