8 years Foreign HR management experience at least in:
Skillful HR related laws, HR management policy and workflow
Professional knowledge on C&B, performance management
Give the professional HR related training to the employee
Professional experience on organization optimization
Strong communication &coordination skill and good people relationship
Having higher ownership and can work under higher pressure
