职位描述
Main responsibility:responsible for leading and managing the sales team of a 1000+ student Learning Center. The sales team will drive both new sales, referral sales and repeat sales and work closely with the operations team to ensure high-quality customer service throughout the student experience. Report to Regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
The specific responsibilities of the Center Sales Manager include:
l. Lead and manage the Center course consulting team and ensure that every team member is both a highly driven salesperson and a positive representative of our company and our core values.

2. Train, audit and mentor sales operations in the Center and be the leader of best sales practices among the team.
支持并监督本中心的销售运营。
3. Drive results toward monthly sales targets, allocating sales appointments on a daily basis to team members, ensuring the quality and consistency of the sales process, from customer reception to sales meeting presentation (and materials) and onward.
指导课程顾问的日常销售活动,为中心提供销售支持以改善销售表现,以实现周期及月度销售目标。
4. Coordinate with Marketing on Center-focused marketing activities.
配合与协助市场部开展的以中心为单位的各项活动。
5. Interface with regional Sales (on policy and training), Marketing, Telemarketing teams to ensure optimal center sales performance; coordinate with Center Operations Director (on academic and service production) and Finance teams (on monthly reporting and payroll) on smooth center operations.
开发及开展地区范围内的销售培训项目以及市场推广活动。帮助中心运营经理和财务团队监督及维持中心服务事宜。
6. Participate in regional management meetings, discussions and contribution to strategic direction of the region. Constantly come up with ways in which the Center systems can be improved, develop and implement proposals.
定期参加地区策略性会议,能善于发现问题并提供有效解决方案。
7. Monitor adherence to our company operating policies and administer disciplinary system.
严格执行公司政策与规程。
8. Oversee payroll and bonus calculation and allocation as appropriate.
负责计算团队的奖金和工资。
9. Act as a leader and role model for the Center.
能以身作则,树立一个销售团队领导专业的形象。
10. Create as many " student evangelists" as possible to spread the word on company's System.
通过公司的系统最大限度地传播公司的口碑。 Requirements要求:5 years work experience and at least 1 year on sales management.
工作5年以上,并有1年以上销售管理工作经验。
Essential Skills/Experience:
l. Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and management.
拥有出色的沟通能力和团队管理能力。
2. An extroverted personality with a desire to help students reach their goals in life.
性格外向,并且强烈希望帮助学员达到成功的目标。
3. A sales background with previous experience in meeting sales targets.
拥有出色的销售技巧及成功的销售经验。
4. Self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a positive spirit.
工作积极主动,并能承受较大的工作压力。
5. Basic finance management skills.
有一定的财务知识。
6. Good computer skills, including MS-Office.
能熟练使用电脑及Word、Excel等办公软件。
Essential Education:
Bachelor degree or above in business management or related.
商业管理及相关专业本科以上学历。
