Job Summary
"Supplier quality claim and containment actions handling in PKP mainly for incoming inspection claim and oversea supplier claim
北京工厂供应商质量问题投诉以及围堵措施处理--- 重点涉及进货检验和国外供应商投诉"

Job Responsibilities
"1) Supplier failure claim by email and flollow up the feedback for containment actions. And informamtion sharing with related SQE,PUE etc if important quality issue. 供应商质量问题投诉以及跟踪围堵措施反馈，重大质量问题，信息分享到相关SQE,PUE等。
2) Quickly feedback to production line claim and containment actions taking. 快速响应生产线投诉并采取围堵措施。
3) Quickly feedback to incoming inspection claim and actions taking.快速响应进场检验投诉并采取围堵措施。
4) Not qualified parts handling including defect parts rework arrangement( if necessary in urgent demend) and return back to supplier. 不合格品处理，包括返修安排（必要情况下），不合格品退货。
5) SAP handling. SAP 系统维护
6) Notification report sending record maintainence 投诉报告发送状态维护
7) Quickly deal with the NOK part in 3091 warehouse and account maintainence. 快速处理3091库房不合格品以及账务维护。
8) Ensure the NOK part in 3091 and accout in SAP is cooresponding. 确保不合格品实物和账务相符。
9) Apply concession in workon sysytem if urgent delivery. Workon申请让步放行"


Required qualification summary
"1) Bachelor degree or above on Material or Engineering relevant. 大学本科或以上，材料或工程相关专业
2) Min. 3-5 years quality related working experiences in industrial manufacturing company. (working experience in hydraulic components field is preferred)
至少3到5年制造企业质量管理工作经验， （在液压零件制造领域有工作经验者优先）。
3) Knowledge of reading Drawings, Measurement tools and equipment (general tools)
熟练使用测量工具及设备(eg.通用量具）.能够读懂图纸
4) Knowledge of Q-Methods, 8D and ISO 9001 / 熟悉质量管理方法，8D，和ISO9001
5) MS-Office, Excel, SAP knowledge / 具备MS-Office, Excel, SAP知识
6) Excellent English (written and oral), international working experience preferred 熟练的英语书写及口语能力，跨国企业的工作经验尤佳。
7) Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, Self reliant, Self dependent) / 良好的软性技巧(可信赖、团队合作、亲和力、组织能力、独立工作) "
