工作职责(Responsibilities):
1. 为客户提供后勤服务（如：预订酒店、车辆安排等）。
Logistics service to customer (e.g. booking hotel, van arrangement, etc.).
2. 为公司内部客户提供后勤服务(如车辆安排等)。
Provide logistics service to internal customer （such as van service arrangement）.
3. 车辆管理：日常派车，车辆维护保养，司机工作安排。
Manage the drivers and be responsible for vans arrangement and management, supervise the maintenance and preventative maintenance of the vans.
4. 清洁卫生工作管理, 确保厂区的清洁卫生工作。
Manage the clean team and make sure the cleanliness of the factory buildings.
5. 公司相关证件执照办理及更新：营业执照年审，代码证年审，相关事项变更业务。
Apply and renew the certificates related to corporation business, business license annual review, organization code annual review and other change application according to business requirement, as well make sure above licenses are effective.
6. 员工宿舍管理工作,包括员工宿舍的安排，宿舍维修的监督，宿舍用电用气的管理。
Dormitory management, dormitory management, maintenance supervision and utilities supply management are included.
7. 行政相关的物品计划、申购、管理（如：文具、工衣工鞋、清洁用品等）。
Planning, application, control for ADM related articles (e.g. stationary, working clothes/shoes, cleaning articles, etc).
8. 为公司活动组织/提供后勤服务（如晚会、旅游等）。
Organize/provide logistics service to corporation activities (e.g. annual dinner, outing etc.).
9. 根据相关要求为下属组织/提供足够的培训。
Organize or provide sufficient training to subordinates according to relevant requirement.
10. 协助完成行政季度或年度预算，并按照预算对行政成本进行控制。
ADM related quarterly budget application and control daily expense to be within budget.
11. 其它安排的工作。

Quasar Engineering Ltd is an offshore contract manufacturer providing full turnkey services to international customers. Established in 1988 in Hong Kong by European expats, we still own and manage Quasar onsite. The manufacturing facility was established in Shenzhen, China in 1996. Engineering Support and Project Management functions are geared towards meeting international customer requirements, giving customers serious communication & clear cooperation.

Quasar excels in manufacturing complex and/or precision products, which require consistent quality & yields; High Precision Assembly, such as optics, sensors (medical/industrial), and products assembled under a microscope. Complex products may involve many different types of parts/components assemblies: SMT, Thru-hole & COB, metal, plastic, and silicone-rubber, among others. Alternatively, different types of assembly methods: swaging, ultrasonic welding, calibration, testing, clean room, & consumer packing

Quasar is ISO9001 and ISO 13485 Certified, by BSI, since 1998, initially ISO9002 and in 2002 updated to the present ISO certification.
