职责描述：
1. 根据公司发展战略，研究产品在光学市场现状与发展趋势，制定并落实本部门营销规划。
2.开发与维护光学行业产品的市场，完成销售计划，并做好客户关系管理与维护。
3.负责组织光学市场推广活动参加行业会议、展览，负责整合国内外的镜片加工厂资源。
4.了解同行对手、生产厂家最新状况；维护客户关系。

任职要求：
1.本科学历，光学、物理、营销学等相关专业，（在条件特别优秀者可放宽）；
2.熟悉光学行业产品，掌握光学产品在各个领域的市场情况，光学行业3年以上经验；
3.有3年以上光学行业从业经历（熟悉以下项目）：
- 光学行业光电元器件设备销售经验，特别芯取机、下摆台机等
- 镜片、光电传感器、手机镜头行业销售以及有相关行业经验
- 熟悉光电加工流程，熟悉行业资源
4.熟悉光学光电行业、传感器、光电镀膜产品等销售市场着优先。
5.工作积极主动，具有优秀的工作效率，敬业爱岗，勇于担当，善于合作，团队意识突出，抗压能力强.
6.英语六级以上，有外贸业务经验优先。
