Job Description:

  

1. Talent Selection: Responsible for the recruitment work in the areas under its jurisdiction, manage the organizational structure according to business objectives, ensure the timely recruitment of personnel, and meet the needs of the business development of regional business; 

2. Organizing talent development: Working closely with business leaders to effectively explore training needs, personnel planning, internal incentives, etc., and assessing and responding to performance and organizational capabilities, providing professional advice and human resources value-added services in all aspects; 

3. Employee relations: Build employee communication channels, master employee dynamics and personal needs, and assist departments to carry out employee care activities;

4. Cultural construction: the corporate culture will be implemented in the cities under its jurisdiction, and assist the business team to carry out team building to improve team cohesion;

5. HR process: responsible for the business team staff entry, correction, change, resignation and other related personnel procedures, and related data report output;

5.负责业务团队人员的录入，更新，变更，辞职等相关流程，以及相关数据报告等。
