1、收集、整理、存档开发部门各类图纸、设计资料或文件； 

2、按体系程序文件的管控要求，做好资料的管理与监控；对项目设计资料进行 分类存放，登记、收发、归档； 

3、协助开发主管对开发项目实施进度管理、跟踪等工作； 

4、协助项目工程师进行专利与科技文献检索、编制等工作； 

5、开发会议记录与整理、存档；

 6、负责开发部门办公用品的采购申请，做好领用发放登记工作 ；

7、统计汇总每月考勤并交人事部门；分发绩效考核表格并汇总统计；

 8、开发部门公共区、会议室环境的日常维护工作，确保整洁有序；协助开发主 管进行日常安全点检工作。

能力要求：有耐心、细心、责任心，工作主动、积极、富有条理性，具有良好的团队合作精神。

知识要求：熟练使用办公软件、熟悉技术部分资料管理知识及工作流程
