l  Automobile or related ustry working experience is a plus

Job description

Payment application review in Accounting On Line and Accounting FI transaction creation:

• Monitor the process of payment application, double check the application.
• Check and post vouchers relating to AP payment transaction.

Staff claim application review in Concur

• Check the application is complied with company policy and proper approval from business management is obtained.

Payment application review in Fiori and Accounting FI transaction creation

• Clear barcode in Fiori inbox by checking fapiao and perform IR
• Clear and amend error barcode with communication to Business department.
• Reconcile VAT fapiao and VAT account post in GL.

Payment proposal/Payment run/Manual payment

• Check payment proposal.
• Prepare manual payment list and send the hard-copy to Treasury.
• After the completion of payment process, record the bank and cleared AP liabilities in SAP system.
• Clear AP transitory account.

Provide support to BU and vendor for payment status inquiring.

Monthly closing

• Close AP bookings at the month end according to GL timetable
• Reconcile AP and GL before closing
• Reconcile VAT bookings with fapiao

Inter-company reconciliation and balance adjustment

Monitor *** workflow and Coordination with BU.
