1、负责员工的入职、离职、调动等相关手续的办理以及新员工资料录入和人才库数据录入整理及跟踪；

2、根据招聘计划，负责具体实施工作，充分利用各种招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求，招并招聘效果进行总结分析；

3、负责开展新员工入职培训，业务培训，执行培训计划，联系组织外部培训以及培训效果的跟踪、反馈；

4、协助执行公司绩效管理制度，推进绩效考核工作的实施并跟踪实施结果；

5、了解掌握员工的心态、困难等，及时进行人文关怀与激励，负责员工团队建设活动的策划与举办；

6、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施，配合其他业务部门工作；

7、完成领导指派的其他工作

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，1年以上工作经验，人力资源管理专业优先；

2、较强的沟通协调能力和应变能力，较强的执行能力和团队合作精神；

3、性格开朗，细心且有工作热情，善于沟通，有较强的执行和抗压能力；

4、有互联网或电商行业相关岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
