Major Account Executive – UPS Healthcare

Your main responsibilities:

*The Healthcare Major Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue streams for UPS by developing new business relationships and managing existing partnerships between UPS and designated Major pharma, biopharma, medtech, diagnostics and dental manufacturers and distributors based in its territories.

*The Healthcare Major Account Executive executes to our business plans sales and revenue goals by developing sales strategies, building exciting customer solutions and presentations that match up the healthcare sector customer’s requirements to UPS’s broad portfolio of products and services of Small Package / Freight Forwarding

*Cultivate strong partnerships with multiple senior decision-makers within customers‘ and UPS organizations.

Responsible for robust pipeline management using Salesforce and other reporting tools

*Maintain a book of business, build account strategy roadmaps and manage contract renewals and compliance.

*Monitor competitor performance and industry news, share and collaborate across teams to leverage our competitive intelligence.

Skills needed:

1.Ambition and drive to win

2.Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential -Logistics / Supply Chain or Business preferred.

3.Minimum two years’ complex selling experience ideally within pharma, medtech or labs industries.

4.Strong verbal and written English language skills.

5. Flexible to travel domestically and if required internationally (primarily within Europe).

6.Collaborating with other regions and time zones means you’ll be flexible with working hours.
