Serves as the window between US Development team and Accessories factories from hand off of designs to sample inspection/shipment and product cost. Liaised as well with material suppliers regarding quality and possible limitation of materials to specific application. 

Duties:

1.Factory orientation on every season on CP (calendar) ensuring milestones is achieved accordingly. 

2.Review specs, cads and tech packs with the factory, coordinate any questions to US PDs.

3.Do 100% inspection of samples to ensure it conforms to the specs, designs and material specifications before samples shipment. Summarize comments and send to US PDs.

4.Follow up material and component physical test report and submit result to supervisor. 

5.Follow up and tracks sample deliveries of every development cycle. (This includes organizing sample destination to both international distributors and US). 

6.Develop material and trims for local suppliers, follow up and tracks. 

7.Orientation and implementation of the RS policy, follow up tests and reports. 

8.SS PO follow up and tracking – coordination with Global Sample team.

9.Coordination of SS shipment with Global sample team and shipping team. Ensure that samples are ship on time.

10.Checking and verifying sample invoices.

11.Pre-production meeting – discussion of possible quality issues, production delays and its corrections.

12.Tracking and approval of pre-production samples and bulk material.

Qualifications:

1.At least 3 years in Handbags/Accessories development and production. 

2.Experience working with a brand is plus factor.

3.Basic knowledge in handbag development and production process                                                                          4.Knowledge in materials and trim’s/component.                                                                                                           

5.Basic knowledge in product costing.                                                                                                                                      6.Must be computer literate.
