3.确保质量标准、检验方法、验证和其他质量管理规程有效实施。

4.确保原料、包装材料、中间产品和成品符合质量标准。

5.评价物料供应商。

6.负责产品的放行。

7.负责不合格品的管理。

8.负责其他与产品质量有关的活动。

任职资格：

1、化工、生物、检验等相关专业，大专以上学历或相应技术职称。

2、具有三年以上化妆品生产相关质量管理经验。

3、能够独立主导部门工作，熟悉化妆品产品的行规、法规以及基本要求，有非特备案的经验；

4、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力。
