职位描述：
1、深入理解中国本土公司（尤其是互联网公司）全球化过程中的业务重点、难点、卡点，对于组织、对于人的影响，在此基础上，通过组织诊断、团队学习、绩效创新等，帮助疏通业务的难点，关卡环节。在组织内建立良性的链接，为组织内的人提供良性的能量场；
2、聚焦影响组织的关键人群，例如团队的领导者，中间的核心管理者，或者新人等，围绕组织对特定人群的具体要求，量身定制关键人群的管理能力、核心专业业务能力的提升项目；
3、在组织内敏锐洞察促进组织变化和发展的机会，触发这些变化的发生。从机会的识别、到提出完整解决方案，到交付，后续跟进和评估，能够独立完整进行项目管理。

Consultant for Globalization Talent and Organization Development
1、Have an in-depth understanding of the major business dealings, difficulties and deadlocks during the process of Chinese local companies' globalization, especially Chinese local Internet companies, and the impacts of these on the people and teams of the company; help people and teams power through the difficulties and deadlocks by organizational diagnosis, team learning, innovation and improved job performance; create a healthy communication channel and a positive energy field within the team.
2、Focus on such influential key groups as team leaders, middle managers, or newcomers; create customized programs aimed at improving their managerial skills, core business skills, based on the skill sets demanded of them by the company;
3、Observe and seize the opportunities to boost the evolution and development of the company, and then ignite the fuel of change; conduct the project management independently, from identifying the opportunity for change, proposing a comprehensive solution, implementing the strategy, to following up and evaluating the solution;
职位要求：
1、全球性大中型企业人力资源体系人才或组织发展5年及以上经验，或国际知名咨询公司顾问三年及以上专业经验；
2、本科以上学历；具备人力资源管理、企业管理及心理学专业知识；有人力资源管理、企业管理、心理学专业背景者优先；
3、愿致力于互联网形态下组织能力的建设，能够持续进行前沿学习，不断实践先进思想、沉淀体系方法；
4、具有很强的系统思考、逻辑分析能力、项目管理能力和工作推动力；人际敏感度高，善于整合资源，具有良好团队合作意识

1、Five or more years’ experience of Talent and Organization Development under human resources system in large or medium-sized, multinational enterprises; three or more years’ experience in internationally renowned consulting companies as a consultant;
2、Bachelor’s degree or above with expertise in human resources management, corporate management and psychology knowledge; candidates with such professional background are preferred.
3、Strive to develop the organizational capability in Internet companies; keep learning cutting-edge knowledge; apply advanced thinkings to practice and accumulate systematic methods constantly;
4、Able to think systematically, analyze logically, manage projects, carry the projects forward, integrate diverse resources; have an acute sense of interpersonal relations and a high spirit of teamwork.
