Participate in New Product Development to ensure all necessary quality activities (APQP) are rigorously addressed during initial product release and change such as: process mapping, process FMEA, quality control plan, process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), GR&R/MSA, line release and ramp-up monitoring

2. 过程验证活动的所有者，包括建立验证协议、执行和完成验证报告

Owner of process validation activities including establishing validation protocols, execution and completing validation reports

3. 作为团队领导者调查，回应客户的投诉，确保质量问题通过8-D的纠正措施请求流程得到解决，结构化的质量工具以确保有效和有效的根本原因分析，纠正和预防措施以确保不会再发生

Act as Team leader to investigate, respond to customer complaints, ensure Quality issues are solved via an 8-D based corrective action request process, structured quality tools to ensure efficient and effective root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions to ensure there is no recurrence

4. 建立和维护质量控制计划，向QC检验员提供测试和检验方法的指导，确保验收活动按照程序进行

Establish and maintain Quality control plan and provide instruction on test and inspection method to QC inspectors to ensure acceptance inspection activities are implemented based on procedures

5. 领导和组织跨职能团队，推动系统的质量改进活动，以提高内部质量DPPM，报废和精益工艺改进

Lead and organize cross functional team to drive systematic quality improvement activities to improve internal quality DPPM, scrap and Lean process improvement

6. 审核和批准工程变更

Review and approve Engineering changes

7. 不合格品的处理并参加MRB

Non-conforming material handling and attend MRB

8. 作为主题专家支持关键流程

Support key processes as subject matter expert

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS：

1. 本科学历，5年以上质量工程经验，机械、电子、工业专业优先

Bachelor, more than 5 years of quality engineering experience, mechanical, electronic, industrial professional preferred

2. 熟悉ISO13485/ISO16949质量管理体系操作，熟悉PPAP/APQP要求

Familiar with the operation of ISO13485/ISO16949 quality management system, familiar with PPAP/APQP requirements

3. 有电缆装配制造行业工作经验者优先

Experience working of cable Assembly manufacturing industry is preferred

4. 能够与多功能团队合作，为质量性能定义需求和合适的度量标准

Ability to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for quality performance

5. 有使用统计和质量工具的经验，包括根本原因分析，8D, FMEA，实验设计，工艺能力，GR&R

Experienced in use of statistics and quality tools including root cause analysis, 8D, FMEA, Design of experiment.
