职位描述：
1. The candidate is responsible for analysis and support of all the global payment compliance/risk projects and systems, including collection of requirements, design, testing and implementation, the responsibility includes:
Complete analysis of assigned processes/projects and relevant strategy
Set up and maintain dashboard and review process efficiency on a regular basis to understand process performance
Maintain field operations feedback loop for process improvement opportunities.
Align operations strategy, processes and procedures with other AML functions and stakeholder groups
Alert project managers to potential risks and issues of importance
2. To support the head office/regional compliance team to implement process improvement measures on both system and non system items.
3. The candidate will act as a process owner of compliance/risk quality assurance functions in the organization to ensure compliance of business/system to applicable regulations, standards and corporate policies. The Quality Assurance ("QA") testing function includes activities focused on key areas such as compliance and risk technology and process testing. This candidate also will perform the quality assurance activities which s/he is leading and assigned to, including:
Participate in cross divisional activities to integrate quality system information.
Independently conduct periodic quality assurance activities and comply with test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans
Monitors for changes in the operational environment and recommends potential enhancements to testing
Recommends and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems
Manages the quality assurance review and results to ensure consistency and accuracy, including guiding/leading others through completion of the examination or testing
Executes and manages QA testing across multiple programs
Support Internal/external audit activities, proactively prepare the pre-audit checklist
Presents QA results to senior managers
4. Any other adhoc compliance/risk task.
Support for global payment license renewal and operation
Support the head office and regional compliance officer researches regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information

职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
3. Minimal 3 years of experience in payment-related financial compliance and risk positions.
4. Advantage if candidate is familiar with payment-related financial compliance and risk environment and regulations.
5. Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills.
6. Good at execution, problem solving, pressure handling and teamwork.
7. Strong fintech and payment business acumen and product sense.
8. Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
9. Proven ability to work and execute with minimal supervision or remote management.
