职位描述：
- Manage a legal team who provide deep expertise structuring financial transactions especially in the areas of financial services, capital markets or regulatory compliance. A familiarity with financial instruments and compliance experience are a huge plus;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused legal advice and support on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues and questions, to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives while minimizing the legal and compliance risks;
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in relation to all company's business units across multiple jurisdictions;
1.Advise on various compliance matters across different jurisdictions where the business operates, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives with minimum risk;
2.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal counsels;
3.Keep up-to-date with the latest regulations and constantly improve company's policies and processes to be in line with the applicable law.
职位要求：
1.Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 10 years PQE working at an international law firm or organisation, no less than 6 years expertises in financial service or Fintech area;
2.Solid knowledge and understanding of regulatory framework and relevant legal matters related to the financial services, technology and/or Fintech sectors, including understanding of the current technology and innovation trends;
3.Experience in banking & finance/ financial services/ Fintech/ Corporate M&A/ data privacy/ payments or technology industry preferred;
4.Experience in dealing with early-stage issues encountered by fast-growing businesses in relevant sector preferred;
5.Regional exposure and experience gained in the Fintech startup space would be highly advantageous;
6.Excellent negotiation, drafting and analytical skills, able to prioritise effectively, without compromising on quality;
7.Solution oriented professional, who is able to provide commercially and pragmatic legal advice, based on clear understanding of the business and its objectives;
8.Culturally sensitive individual, able to work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders across the region;
9.Experience working in a dynamic and fast-pace environment, fast learning and solution driven individual;
10.Proficiency in English and to be able to liaise directly with business leaders and counterparts across jurisdictions;
11.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
